Alt katta kuyumcular, dükkanlar, üst üste katlarda ofis ve bürolar, en üst katta da Çağdaş Yaşamı Destekleme Derneği bulunuyor. 3 katlı olmasına rağmen asansör asansör de bulunmaktadır. Biri dışarıda gölgede duvar dibinde bankalara oturanlara servis yapan, diğeri içerde esnaflara dağıtan 2 çay ocağı bulunmaktadır. Her katta tuvalet bulunur, ancak parmak okuyucu ile sadece dükkan ve ofis çalışanları ve misafirleri kullanabilir, dışarıdan gelenlere kapalıdır.
