I definitely do not recommend. I am writing from the hotel right now, we will be checking out soon. Despite the bad weather outside, they also turned off the room heaters at night. We froze until morning. The receptionist (no fault of his) said that the gas was running out and he would come during the day. If the gas is running out, why don't you take the precaution? The common areas are really cold. If you have children with you, don't come at all. Children are not considered during meals. The breakfast is very mediocre and tasteless. There is not even ayran as a beverage in the meals. Coke, Fanta, turnip and ice tea. Then you go and get yourself a glass from the counter. The staff is very kind and trying to be helpful but the business is very very bad. The first day we arrived (Sunday) our car got stuck in the snow in front of the hotel. The hotel management did not even have the hotel entrance cleaned. Yesterday a grader came and opened it. In summary, don't be disgraced with your money by giving so much money.

We did not have any heating problems during our stay at the hotel. We read the comments and went to the supplier and there was no need. The new rooms are clean and well-maintained. The number of personnel is insufficient, but they work hard, they are interested and polite. The hotel is an all inclusive concept but many things are extra. The food is cold and tasteless, but the main problem is that there is no food left in the following hours. In the evening, the fireplace is lit in the lobby, but you have to go early and get a seat, otherwise there is no place to sit. Generally, the hotel is very crowded because the residents of the timeshare next door also benefit from the hotel services. There is alcohol in the hotel, but the prices are expensive (Beer 70TL Gin 100TL 70cl Raki 900TL). The guests usually bring their alcohol with them, the hotel management is flexible about bringing alcohol from outside, you don't have any problems. The hotel is 400 meters from the baby track and 800 meters from the federation tracks. Transportation is provided by tractor shuttles. Yurtntepe region, where the longest pistes are located, is 4 km away and transportation is provided by shuttle service. There is a ski room in the hotel, ski teams are in the range of 180-220 TL, but be careful, they can make discounts according to their heads. It's a good hotel for its price, keep expectations low and enjoy.
