I've been going to Master Ferit for years, no one in Diyarbakir can beat their hands on lahmacun and pide, especially pita. It has a legendary taste, Master Ferit, Master Mizgin and other laboring masters, all of them are people who do their job right. I offer my respect and love to them.

Yanına açık ayran isteyin ilk defa taş içinde minik bir kepçe ile ayran içme deneyimi yaşadım. Gerçi ayran biraz ince olmuştu ancak köpüğü harika. Yemeğin üstüne irmik helvası ve çay ikramına sakın hayır demeyin?
Try the Kusbasili Pita with Kashar Cheese. It comes in two half portions in a tray. Totally satisfying. Ask for an open ayran with it. For the first time, I had the experience of drinking ayran with a small ladle in a stone. Although the buttermilk was a little thin, its foam is great. Do not say no to semolina halva and tea on top of your meal?
