We ordered 500 grams of raw meatballs on 08.08.2021 via the food basket. There was a very bad smell when the order arrived. With all good intentions, I thought about the possibility that the smell was not caused by raw meatballs. However, when I tasted the raw meatballs, I realized that the bad smell was coming from the raw meatballs and I threw the product directly into the trash. The comment I wrote in the Yemek Sepeti, expressing this situation, was answered by the business stating that they stand behind their products, that they take the product back by trusting my word, and that I did not answer them despite their phone calls. Since it is not possible for me to respond to the comment on Yemek Sepeti, I am giving the answer here. I think with good probability and I assume that the company was sincere in the comment in question, they received the product back and wrote me a reply instead of another customer they could not reach by phone. In this case, at least 2 people who place an order on the Yemek Sepeti at the same time on the same date make a complaint to the company by stating that the product smells bad. As a person who has eaten raw meatballs all over Turkey, handmade or ready-made, with or without meat, I am unable to understand whether the product smells bad. The product they delivered that day smelled too bad to be eaten, either due to storage conditions or for some other reason. If companies understand that user reviews are an opportunity to improve their businesses, the process will progress more healthily for them. Raw meatballs of chain brands have a taste without water, but you can easily understand that the consistency of raw meatballs here is neither dry nor wet. I recommend you to taste it, don't stay late at night, raw meatballs may end early.

I like it very much, I recommend it. Raw meatballs, presentation, treats, interest are good.
