 The bagel pastry I bought in Mersin is the only patisserie that does not burn due to yeast. The products are always fresh and daily. The staff is friendly and smiling. The kitchen is transparent.

Tatlı kuru pastaları da gayet güzel. Zamanla diğer ürünlerinden de alıp deneyeceğim. Dükkân olarak çok ilgi çeken bir yapışı yok ama iyi bir pastane.
By chance I ate their salty cakes somewhere. I really like. It is both beautiful and you can eat it like a cookie. It doesn't cause any inconvenience. Thus, we became a customer of Ferhat patisserie. Sweet pastries are also very good. I will try and buy other products from time to time. It's not very attractive as a shop, but it's a good patisserie.
