Yolu epey virajli. Yakınına gelince bir vatandaşın bahçesinden geçerek giriliyor. Girisi ve içi gayet iyi korunmuş. Kısmen restorasyon da yapilmis. Kesinlikle görmeye değer. Alt tarafta kara kilise cok daha küçük. Kalede foto çekilirken düşmeyin asagi bakinca insan korkuyor.
The road is quite winding. When it comes close, it is entered through a citizen's garden. Its entrance and interior are well preserved. Partially restored. Definitely worth seeing. The black church downstairs is much smaller. Do not fall while taking photos in the castle, people are afraid when they look down.

Manzara mükemmel . Yalnız kaleye çıkarken yollar bozuk acilen yapılması lazım tanıtımı da yapılsa fena olmaz ..
The view is perfect. However, when going to the castle, the roads are bad, it must be done urgently, it would not be bad if it is introduced.

Bir kısmı restore edilmiş. Bulunduğu konumdan manzaralar harika. Belli bir yere kadar araçla gidiliyor. Sonra biraz tırmanış var
Some of it has been restored. The views from the location are great. You can drive to a certain extent. Then there's some climbing

Restoration work continues, we passed a citizen garden and reached the castle. The landscape is super, built to protect the ancient Assyrian trade routes and has survived to the present day. I recommend you to see it because of the cisterns that still contain water.

There are no historical artifacts in the region, and it is necessary to protect what is already there. The road is very winding and needs an overhaul. Nothing for information. Those who climbed that road at least deserve knowledge. "It was built in the 12th century to control the caravan route. It is the castle built for the first time by the Byzantines and then used by the Seljuks. It shows a rectangular plan. It has eight bastions and a watchtower. Today, more than half of these bastions are buried in the ground. Traces of building remains inside the castle The only entrance is from the south."

Feke Castle, located in the Feke district of Adana and thought to have been built by the Hittites in the 16th century BC, has also hosted many civilizations for centuries. Feke Castle, which is 125 km away from the city center and offers breathtaking views throughout the year, was also the guard of the Silk Road at that time and had a great commercial importance. The entrance gate of the castle is located on the south side. Today, the restoration work of the castle still continues.

On the way to Feke Castle, you can park on the right without crossing the Göksu River bridge and relax and enjoy the view. You can see in the pictures. The vehicle goes up to the castle, a short distance remains, and the entrance is free. The scenery is beautiful, it was a very enjoyable trip for me. There is a church nearby, if you're interested, stop by. Do not try to go to the church by car, unfortunately, the road is bad. You can get help by asking the citizens, friendly people help immediately.

Finally, a place where Game of Thrones wasn't filmed has remained off the tourist map and no tacky souvenir shops! This is a must-see; you won't get the same experience in another five years. I recommend parking near the wooden sign pointing to the castle (space for two or three cars). We had the entire ruins to ourselves. The castle is perched high up on a mountain and truly is imposing, especially considering that what is left is only ruins. This is entirely natural, so no steps, no signs, no rubbish or pollution (yet), you'll need to scramble up a steep embankment to find the path leading into the entrance (currently unlocked). It was initially built in the 12th century to control the caravan route, built for the first time by the Byzantines and then used by the Seljuks. It shows a rectangular plan. It has eight bastions and a watchtower. Today, more than half of these bastions are buried in the ground. Traces of building remains inside the castle. We explored the ruins currently being repaired (currently on hold due to Covid). The views from this are simply awe-inspiring, and photos/videos don't capture that feeling you'll experience. The silence and solitude with magnificent 360-degree views ensure this will be a highlight of our adventures in Turkey. Please don't bring children unless you're prepared to lose one, as there are no safety barriers, and the rocks underfoot make walking a true adventure. You rarely get to experience such beauty alone in a country with high tourism.
