★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tayvan dan internet üzerinden bir sipariş verdim 4 gün içinde ürünüm 4 ülke gezdi sırasıyla Çin, dubai, Fransa, İstanbul dedim hersey güzel gayet hızlı gelicek ürünüm, aferin fedex kargoya derken, İstanbulda Antalya ya 7 günde kargo gelemedi ve Türkiye ayağında artık kargoyu da takip edemiyorum, Antalya şubesini aradım kimse açmıyor. Yine dünyaca ünlü kurumsal firmanın ismini Türkiye olarak hiç etmiş durumdayız. Böyle bir anlayış ve hizmet olamaz ne acı ne yazık, koca firmayı bakkal mantığı ile yönetiyorlar
I placed an order from Taiwan on the internet in 4 days, my product traveled to 4 countries, respectively China, Dubai, France, Istanbul, I said, everything is fine, my product will come very quickly, I said, well done fedex cargo, the cargo could not arrive in Antalya in 7 days in Istanbul and I can no longer follow the cargo in Turkey. I called the Antalya branch, no one picks up. Again, we have never changed the name of the world-famous corporate company as Turkey. Such an understanding and service cannot exist, what a pity, they manage the whole company with the logic of a grocery store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The positive thing is that the package got to the US safe and fast. However, I got a quote on the phone. Then I got a higher quote when I got to the store. And yet again when I filled out the paperwork (which is in Turkish), I was told to pay even more! At all the instances I mentioned the zip code, country and the 2 pages I was sending. No one could give me an explanation. I was told:" oh I though it was going to England". Yeah, I you asked me to write the zip code just for fun. Maybe it is a cultural thing to temper with price that I just did not get. Payed 400 TL to send 2 pages to the US.
