★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aile hekimliği sisteminin Türkiye de uygulanmaya başladığı 2005 senesinden bugüne kadar geçen yaklaşık 17 sene içersinde gelinen noktada ne sağlık çalışanları ne de hizmet alan halk memnun görünmemektedir.Bunun sebebi hekimler sadece hekimdir, işletmeci değil. Sağlık hizmeti sosyal devlet anlayışı içinde devlet eliyle yapilmalidir.Ne disiplin ne de ödeme yönetmeliği bu büyük camianın sorunlarını çözememekte ,gereksiz iş ve zaman kaybına neden olmaktadır.En kısa sürede aile hekimliği çalışanları ve sağlık bakanlığı yetkilileri biraraya gelerek yönetmelikteki aksaklıkları detaylı bir şekilde ele almalıdır.30 yıllık bir hekim olarak aile hekimliginden önceki sistem ile bugünü karşılaştırdığımda inanın eskiyi özlüyorum, ne huzur kaldı ne heves,ki ben hekimlik meslegini bütün zorluklarına rağmen severek ve özveriyle yapan birisiyim, etrafımdaki pek çok hekim arkadaşım da aynı şekildedir.Maalesef sistem hepimizi mutsuz ediyor....
In the 17 years that have passed since 2005, when the family medicine system started to be implemented in Turkey, neither the healthcare professionals nor the people receiving services seem satisfied. The reason for this is that physicians are only physicians, not operators. Health care should be provided by the state within the understanding of a social state. Neither discipline nor payment regulation can solve the problems of this large community, causing unnecessary work and waste of time. As soon as possible, family medicine staff and ministry of health officials should come together and discuss the problems in the regulation in detail. As a 30-year-old physician, when I compare today's system with the system before family medicine, believe me, I miss the past, there is no peace, no enthusiasm, I am a person who loves and devotedly pursues the profession of medicine despite all the difficulties, many of my fellow physicians around me are the same.
