Ürünle iadesi için ilgili Fecra home’dan kimseye ulaşamıyorum. Sürekli başkasına yönlendiriyorlar. Kurumsal bir firma değil. Satış sonrası hizmetler konusunda başarısız olduğunu düşünüyorum. Sonuç olarak ben memnun kalmadım.

I cannot reach anyone from Fecra home to return the product. They always direct it to someone else. It is not a corporate company. I think he's failing on after-sales services.
