★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaklaşık 4 yıldır Vakfıkebirde yaşıyorum, bu süre zarfında Trabzon merkez ve Akçaabat dahil olmak üzere neredeyse bütün büyük ve orta ölçekli işletmenin pide ve lahmacunlarını ailemle beraber tatmışımdır.Fakat fatih usta nın pidesi gibi bir pide yemediğimi bütün samimiyetimle söylemek istiyorum. Lahmacunu da güzel ama kuşbaşılı pidesini tek geçerim. Kuşbaşılı pidenin sırrı nı kendisine sorduğumda başta kendisine has el açma hamuru, etini iyi bir kasaptan alması ve tabiki olmazsa olmaz pidenin üzerine erimesi için konulan vakfıkebir in köy tereyağı şeklinde bir açıklaması oldu, Kesinlikle söylediklerine katılıyorum. Sadece tek bir pişmanlığım var, Oda 4 yıldır yaşadığım Vakfıkebirde geçen sene fatih ustanın pidesini tatmış olmam, keşke daha önce denemiş olsaydım. Herkese afiyet olsun...

But I would like to say sincerely that I did not eat a pita like fatih master s pita. The Lahmacun is also nice, but I can only pass the flaked pita.
