★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeller güler yüzlü değiller.Odalar iyi değildi.Benim geçtiğim odada wc nin sifonu çalışmıyordu.Banyo kapısı kapanmıyordu.Gardoloabın içi suydu tavan su damlatıyordu.Duş u küçük Odadaki duş havlularında Yırtıklar vardı. Fiyat olarak uygun olduğu için kaldım ama Aile için Uygun bir yer değil.
 The staff are not friendly. The rooms were not good. The flush of the WC in the room I passed was not working. The bathroom door was not closing. The inside of the wardrobe was water, the ceiling was dripping. The shower was small. The shower towels in the room had tears. I stayed because it was affordable, but it's not a family-friendly place.

The rooms are never what they seem. We had problems in terms of cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odadaki sigara kokusundan çok rahatsız oldum. Onun haricinde uygun fiyatlı, gayet temiz, personel sürekli yardıma açık koşturuyor. Güzel hoş insanlardı. Merkezi bir yerde, aile için uygun, kahvaltı fiyata dahil ve akşamları ücretsiz çay hizmeti sunuyorlar.
I was very disturbed by the cigarette smell in the room. Apart from that, it is affordable, very clean, the staff is always open to help. They were nice nice people. They are centrally located, suitable for family, breakfast is included in the price and they offer free tea service in the evening.

Eşimle birlikte kaldım. Aileye uygun bir otel kahvaltı güzel ve çeşitli. Fiyatına göre tercih edilebilir bir otel. Sadece koridorda biraz sigara kokusu vardı. Onun dışında rahatsız edici bir sorun yok.
It is a nice business in the center of Sivas, with reasonable wages and friendly employees, offering unlimited tea service between 18.00 and 00.00 and giving directions to its customers who come to visit. I stayed with my wife. Family friendly hotel breakfast is good and varied. It is a preferable hotel for its price. There was a slight cigarette smell only in the hallway. Other than that there is no annoying problem.
