It doesn't have a trick as it is praised. It always came to my mouth with a crunchy dry kokorec. It's obvious that it's not a constant thing, it's heated.

For me, the only kokoreç restaurant in Adana, they always make their breads fresh and delicious, and if you want the kokoreç to be fried soft, they also make Izmir style large slices. Everything is just right. If you are in Adana and want kokoreç, I would definitely recommend this place.

It is one of the rare places in Közde that makes kokoreç in Adana. The taste is good. Also their shopkeepers. You can take it all and do it yourself at home.
