THEY WERE NOT ASSESSED TO PUT 1 NAPKINS IN THAT BAG. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
