★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 03.04.2022 tarihinde firmayı aradım arıtma cihazımızın filitrelerinin değişimi için talepte bulundum çalıştığım için saat 5 den sonra gelmelerini rica ettim ve kabul edip geleceklerini söylediler.malesef gelmediler en son yani 05.04.20222 tarihinde siz kaçta gelirseniz izin alıp eve geleyim dedim saat 4 de geliriz dediler işyerimden izin alıp eve geldim malesef gene gelmediler aradım telefonlarima cevap vermediler beni üç gündür kandırdılar ve mağdur ettiler .Kesinlikle güvenilir bir firma değil.Tuketici mahkemesinde sikayette bulunacağım..
I called the company on 03.04.2022, I requested for the change of the filters of our treatment device, I asked them to come after 5 o'clock because I was working, and they said they would accept and come. Unfortunately, they did not come. Finally, on 05.04.20222, I said that if you come, I will get permission and come home at 4 o'clock. I took leave from my workplace and came home, unfortunately, they did not come again, I called, they did not answer my phone, they cheated me for three days and they victimized me. It is definitely not a reliable company. I will file a complaint in the consumer court..
