Fam Hotel in Antalya is very bad and frequent food and there is no change in the rooms are bad and unclean and the treatment is not good

Everything was good, except the food wasn't vary. I'm disappointed

Good place to spend time with family and friends. Swimming pool, bowling, beach ... you have everything over there.

Moderate hotel, surely not 5 stars hotel, 4 or 3 stars top, no variety of food, same food at breakfasts, lunch and even dinner, in addition to the lack of unique meals, no lamb meat at all. For beverages, moderate quality of beverages also. Accommodation: not bad room, good space, bad beds, and for sure very bad pillows, I asked the room service to bring soft pillows about 3 times, till they brought me the same kind of pillows!! Neck and back ached during the stay, about the bathroom in the room: good space, good bathtub, the problems were much worse, bad smell all the time!! I complained about that the whole stay!! No progress was made!! Same BAD smell all the time!! The water in the bathtub during the shower changes by itself to extra hot water, imagine having your kid a shower and get burnt by the water!! Cleanness of the room is good, housekeeping is below the standards. Outside space and pools: very nice outer space and pools, clean and weel organised. My rate would be 6/10.

We stayed there in the beginning of March. Great hotel, nice and friendly stuff, wonderful amenities!

Good hotel old but good not bad

My parents are staying at the hotel celebrating a birthday. I called the hotel to ask for a upgrade their stay and surprise them in the room... And I was really surprised from the support of the team and the sweets in the room. Thank you
