Hiçbir projesinde, 5 yıl garanti bir yana (yönetmelikte 5 yıl), 1 yıl bile hatalı işçilik, malzeme ve montaj konusunda kendilerinden destek alabilen bir daire sahibi duyulmamıştır. Sorsanız, ya usta, ya yüklenici firma hatası vardır. Sorunu düzeltmek için para ödemek zorundasınız.
Kusursuz daire yoktur, ancak kusuru düzelten firma vardır. Neyse ki, ince hesaplarla bu dünyada başkalarının zarar görmesini göze alarak yapılan karlar, diğer alemde yüklü bir borç olarak geri dönüyormuş! Mütahitin adaleti yok ise Allah'ın var diyor, kendilerine daha bol kazançlar diliyoruz.
