 You enter from the airport road through the gas station, before going 100 meters. You can see a few high-rise blocks in that area and a closed parking lot with a pool. They have broad plans.

Very Nice Place Close to the Airport Calm And Quiet Pool One Big Birde Small Being divided into two, there is a nice cafeteria for children and adults, but it is a bit cold in winter, but in summer, a house can be bought as a legendary cottage.

The sites are beautiful, and the residents are elite people,
But ',, site management is problematic, I think the renovation is not over, they still did not get the settlement ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein guter und praktischer Ort um in Antalya zu wohnen oder zu leben. Die Anlage besitzt drei Hochhäuser mit verschiedenen Einheiten, eine große Tiefgarage, einen großen Schwimmbecken, ein Café usw.. Der Eingang/Einfahrt besitzt eine Pforte die Tag und Nacht mit Personal besetzt ist.
Die Anlage befindet sich an einem ruhigen Ort und zum Flughafen braucht man mit dem Auto/Taxi ca. 5 Minuten. Das Meer, die Innenstadt und die wichtigen Läden sind ebenfalls unter 15 Minuten erreichbar.
Bäckerein, kleine Einkaufsläden, Tankstellen usw. die sich an der Hauptstraße befinden sind zu Fuß in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Die oberen Wohnungen haben eine schöne weite Aussicht, Flugzeuge die landen/starten kann man beobachten, die Berge kann man sehen, das Meer und die Felder herum sich auch zu betrachten.
Kritikpunkte:
-Für türkische Verhältnisse zwar okay, jedoch trotzdem nicht ganz schön sind die Außenwände der Hochhäuser welche abblättern bzw. Risse bekommen/Farbe verlieren.
-Die Ansage vom Aufzug immer wenn sie an einem Stockwerk haltet ist abends zu laut und stört, die sollte man leiser bzw. ganz abschalten.
-Manchmal hört man Nachts Hunde die in Nachbarsgebiete bellen, wenn man Schlafen will und das einen hundert muss man Fenster schließen.
-Die Pforte öffnet das Tor automatisch für registrierte türkische Kennzeichen, jedoch alle anderen Kennzeichen müssen manuell vom Personal geöffnet werden was ein bisschen dauern kann.
-Die Tiefgarage ist nicht gut genug beleuchtet und irgendwie immer sehr staubig.
Alles in einem ein sehr guter Ort von welchem man flexibel agieren und seinen Aufenthalt in Antalya vereinfachen kann.
A good and practical place to stay or live in Antalya. The complex has three high-rise buildings with different units, a large underground car park, a large swimming pool, a café, etc. The entrance/driveway has a gate that is manned day and night.
The facility is located in a quiet place and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the airport by car/taxi. The sea, downtown and major shops are also under 15 minutes away.
Bakeries, small shops, gas stations etc. on the main street can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.
The upper apartments have a beautiful wide view, you can watch planes landing/take off, you can see the mountains, you can also see the sea and the fields around you.
Criticisms:
-Although okay by Turkish standards, the outer walls of the high-rise buildings are not very nice, which are peeling off or cracking/losing color.
-The announcement from the elevator whenever it stops at a floor is too loud and disturbing in the evening, you should turn it down or turn it off completely.
-Sometimes at night you can hear dogs barking in neighboring areas when you want to sleep and the one hundred windows have to be closed.
-The gate will automatically open the gate for registered Turkish license plates, however all other license plates must be opened manually by staff which may take a bit.
-The underground car park is not well lit and somehow always very dusty.
All in all a very good place from which you can act flexibly and simplify your stay in Antalya.
