It's a very nice clinic. The owner, Yusuf Bey, is a very interested and knowledgeable physician. I prefer this clinic for the care of my french bulldog dog. A clinic where those with pets can go safely. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 05.11. 2020 Tarihinde köpeğime 3 kg mama aldım eve geldiğimde mamanın son kullanma tarihinin 11.2020 olduğunu fark ederek iade için geri götürdüm. Köpeğimin küçük ırk olduğunu ve 3kg mamayı 3 ayda bitirebildiğini açıklayıp para iadesi istedim. Klinikteki bey para iadesi yapamayacağını söyleyerek yerine muadili olmayan bir mama, dış parazit, tasma gibi ihtiyacım olmayan şeyler almamı önerdi. Kabul etmediğimi para iadesi istediğimi söyleyince küstah bir tavırla istemese yapmayacağını, son kullanma tarihinin henüz geçmediğini söylene söylene paramı iade etti. Yeri geldiğinde hayvanlarımızın canını emanet ettiğimiz "veteriner" liği meslek edinmiş kişilerin daha özverili, anlayışlı olmasını bekliyoruz her gittiğimiz klinikte ama o klinik burası değil maalesef.

When necessary, we expect the "veterinary" professions to whom we entrust the lives of our animals to be more self-sacrificing and understanding in every clinic we go to, but unfortunately this clinic is not here.
