Aynı gün servise gittim. Yeni beyin taktik dediler. Ben yaptırmaya çağım demem üzerine beyni döneceklerini söylediler. Dışarıda beklememi söylediler. Yarım saat sonra iade ettiler. Böyle servis olmaz olsun. Adamlar yaptırmadım diye yüzlerinden düşen bin parça.
I left the coffee machine to the service. I said what is the repair? They said let's check it out. We will inform you. they said. The next day, he said that the fee was 200 TL, and they said it over the phone. I said I will call you.
I went to the service the same day. New brain tactic they said. When I said it's time to have it done, they said they would turn the brain. They told me to wait outside. They returned it half an hour later. No such service. A thousand pieces that fell off their faces because I didn't get them done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fakir Pretty marka süpürgem çalışıyor fakat işlem görmüyordu. Servise bıraktım. Ertesi günü aradılar, toz torbasının o süpürgeye ait olmadığından süpürmediğini, bakım ücretinin 20, toz torbasının (paket halinde) 60 TL. olduğunu söylediler. Hiçbir bakım yapmadan amaçlarının sadece toz torbası satmak olduğunu anladığım için 20 TL.ye itiraz ettim, toz torbasını da almayacağımı söyleyince, teknik elemandı sanırım "Alın süpürgenizi, para da vermeyin" diye azarladı. Ben de haketmedikleri halde 10 TL bıraktım. Evde kendim tamir ettim ve çok da güzel temizliyor. Süpürgeyi kendim tamir edeceksem servise ne gerek var? Yetkili servisi yüzünden Fakir markayı hiç kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.
My Fakir Pretty vacuum cleaner was working but was not working. I left it for service. The next day they called, they did not vacuum because the dust bag does not belong to that vacuum cleaner, the maintenance fee is 20 TL and the dust bag (in a package) is 60 TL. they said it was. I objected to 20 TL as I understood that their aim was to sell only dust bags without doing any maintenance. I left 10 TL even though they didn't deserve it. I fixed it myself at home and it cleans very well. If I'm going to fix the cleaner myself, why do I need a service? I do not recommend Fakir brand to anyone because of its authorized service.
