A great open air museum to explore, you can easily spend an hour or more all depending on speed of walking and your explorer spirit. It costed 25L entrance with the entry to the Zelve open air museum, which is a 1km (4 minutes) down the road. It was definitely worth the views and great picture opportunities.

Beautiful place with the peace and quiet serene place. But the restaurant are crooks. Selling a sandwich out of the freezer for 31 tl. Heated up in the microwave and still cold inside.

Fairy chimneys gives you an insight to how life was 1000+ years ago. Entrance fee is 25TKL and is good for same day visit to the Zelva Open Air Museum as well. You are free to explore at your own pace. We spent around an hour here, exploring caves and chimneys. There are a number of hills and chimneys to climb, so wear good hiking shoes.

Very interesting place with a very interesting story behind it. You could cover this as part of green tour with a 15-20 min stopover.. beyond that there is nothing much to do here.. the views at sunset are great though

Incredible, mandatory visit if you are in Goreme, taxi from village may cost you something between 40-50 liras but for around 120 you can arrange with your driver to wait for you while you visit. Entrance cost around 25 liras per person and allow you entrance to zelec

Need to pay for the entrance for an open air place with restricted times too get in. They just cut the original road that went between the chimneys for creating the paid circuit. There are many other places around that are free to see with the same and even better experience

Lots of rubbish around the coach parking. The owners of this tourist attractions should take responsibility and clear the rubbish around their location. There are plenty of bins so why do people just throw by the roadside. This is a nice attraction to visit but not a big area. Still nice visit.
