★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şef garson çok ilgili tamamen kültürel bir lokanta ama esnaf lokantası tarzını bırakamıyor. Bırakmasın zaten bu haliyle iyidir. Doğu Anadolu bölgesindeki paça restoranlarına göre çok çok daha ileri bir yerde. Bence karışık olanından sipariş edilmeli çok lezzetli. Ailenizle her saate gidebilirsiniz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paçadan sonra çayı sevenlerdenseniz malesef çay yok. 5 senedir o çay demlenmedi. çay alabilir miyiz deyince garip bir bakışla kaçıyor garson. Çayı seven biriyle kötü bir anı mı vardır nedir bilinmez ama bu konuda işletme dürüst davranmalı. Paçası güzeldir ve en iyi yapanlardan bence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erzurum'un terbiyeli çorbalarına alışmış biri olarak çok beğenmedim. Lakin güney doğu illerimizde paça genelde bu şekilde sulu baharatlı ve ekşili oluyor. Şahsen ekşi tadı çok sevmiyorum bu sebeple ekşi sorulsa iyi olur. Yeşilliği turpu ve limonu var. Ortam soğuk geldi petekler sıcak olmasına rağmen. Porsiyonu bence yeterli ve fiyat piyasaya göre normal.
