★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a "Third wave coffee shop" you would expect a good coffee experience. They have a faema and as a Roastery you would expect also a good coffee. High expectations for a bad cappuccino.
In order to improve the skills for a cappuccino I suggest you watch a short video of Michael Phillips on youtube called "How to make the perfect cappuccino".
I don't pretend to be disrespectful, it is just a suggestion.
