Ezberciler business center used to be lively. But it doesn't have that old vibe right now. Previously, the passage was very active with the density of the waterfall classroom on the upper floors. Now it has lost its old crowd and charm. Passage shopkeepers are in trouble of paying the rent....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van'ın olmazsa olmazı pasajıdır. Can damarıdır. Medeniyetler kavşağıdır. Önce Ezberciler pasajını yapmışlar sonra Van ilini kurmuşlar. Tarihi için Urartular kadar eski olduğunu diyorlar. Bende Vanlı arkadaşların yalancısıyım(zırtçısıyım). Enson van depreminde binanın karşısında Bayram oteli yıkılmıştı. Bulunduğu kavşağa ise SOYDAN KAVŞAĞI denir. 6 katlıdır. En üst kata çıkabilirseniz Van ili için güzel bir Seyir terasıdır.
Van's indispensable passage is its passage. It is the lifeblood. It is the crossroads of civilizations. First they made the Ezberciler passage, then they founded the city of Van. They say its history is as old as the Urartians. I'm also a liar of friends from Van. In the Enson van earthquake, the Bayram hotel was demolished opposite the building. The intersection where it is located is called SOYDAN JUNCTION. It has 6 floors. If you can go to the top floor, it is a nice viewing terrace for the province of Van.
