Aldığımız hizmetten hiç memnun kalmadık arabaya bindikten sonra toz temizliği bide bizim yapmamız gerekti. Yabancı plaka olduğu için mi bu kadar özensizlerdi anlayamadık ama sadece süpürük dışına da su tutmuşlar… 90₺ eder mi asla

We were not satisfied with the service we received, we had to do the dust cleaning after we got in the car. We couldn't understand if they were so careless because it was a foreign plate, but they just kept water on the outside of the sweeper... Is it worth 90₺?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vega'da alışveriş esnasında aracımı yıkatmak istedim. Google'daki oldukça olumsuz yorumları görünce temizliğin güzel yapılmasını istedim, sadece kısa ve tek bir cümle kurdum. Ama sen misin bunu diyen; sanki hakaret etmişim ya da kötü bir şey söylemişim gibi çıkıştı kayıt yapan kişi. Teşbihte hata olmaz, sanki "bir şey söyle de kavga edelim" modundaydı. 40 yaşımı geçtim ama net söylüyorum hayatımda böyle saygısız esnaflık görmedim. Gerçekten müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı!
