It's a filthy hotel, the sheets are stained and dirty I think they haven't been changed for a long time, the pipe burst in the bathroom, the dripping water also forced us to take a shower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yazın 1 gece kalmıştık. Oltu'daki en iyi otel diye gittik. Klimalar çalışmıyordu. Söylendiğine göre tadilat vardı.
Türkiye nin birçok yerini gezen birisi olarak yazıyorum ki 3 yıldızlı otele göre olumsuz.
Kahvaltıyı odaya rica etmiştik onu getirdiler çalışanlara tşk ederim.
Biraz tadilatla biraz düzenle çok daha iyi olacaktır.
We stayed for 1 night in the summer. We went as the best hotel in Oltu. Air conditioners were not working. It was said that there was a renovation.
As someone who has visited many places in Turkey, I write that it is negative compared to a 3-star hotel.
We asked for breakfast to the room, they brought it, thank you to the staff.
With a little remodeling, it would be much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aesthetically designed. Excellent breakfast. However the noise of water and other tenants is loud. The room was cramped and had no air conditioner (despite advertised as such).
