Bazı masalar,yemek yenilmesi için uygun değil, alçak kalıyor. Bu sebeple yemek yiyecek gruplar için masa seçeneği azalıyor. Servis hızının artırılması gerekiyor. Özellikle yoğunluk varsa bu durum uzun süre sizle ilgilenilmemesine sebep olabilir.
Menüde,o an sunulmayan şeylerin yer alması ve bunun size önceden belirtilmemesi de eksi olarak değerlendirme hanesine yazılıyor. Lezzetler kabul edilebilir seviyede ancak porsiyonların artırılması şart.
