This is not the first time we are vacationing with our family in Turkey. I have great sympathy for this country and for the people who live here. But today's events forced to reconsider their views. But first things first. While vacationing in Alanya, we (four people) at the tour desk bought an excursion to the Sapadere canyon, and gave an advance payment for the next one (Pamukale) We were assured that despite the quarantine, everything was working and we would see the canyon itself, two caves (Dim and the Cave gnomes), and an orchard with tasting. Indeed, a jeep came for us at the appointed time, but at the very first stop, the guide said that everything was closed due to quarantine, and we were waiting for a jeep ride along a mountain road, lunch ... and that's it. Naturally, everyone began to be indignant, demanding to return the money and return to the hotels (there were 7 people in the jeep and everyone was offered the same program as we did) After long negotiations of the guide on the phone, a representative of the company drove up to us and said that we were the money we don’t return, and whoever doesn’t like it can return home on foot, although after that he changed his anger to mercy and promised that the canyon would still be open. As a result, they drove us in jeeps, brought us to a couple of stops, fed us and ... brought us to the hotel. We did not visit any of the declared attractions, saying that those who sold us this excursion were to blame. Upon arrival, we immediately went to the company where we bought the excursion, with a request to return the advance, at least for Pamukale. Arguing that we were deceived on this excursion, it means that the next one does not inspire confidence. But it was not there. We do not refund money, period. Everything, all the arshuments. Only after a long verbal skirmish, with threats to write negative reviews, and after we photographed the office and the owner itself, we reluctantly returned the advance. I want to be understood correctly, it's not about money, not about a spoiled mood, but about the fact that no one else falls for the bait of the peasants!

I never wrote negative reviews, but the situation that happened to our family was so outraged that I want to warn other people against the disappointment and deception that we faced. Having bought a tour to Sapadere canyon from Ali, in the Alanya Daily Tours agency, we clarified in advance, what will be included in the excursion, because we knew that many attractions are closed. Having received assurances that everything will be within the framework of the program, we went for impressions. At the first stop, the guide announced to us the current route from which it followed that nothing from Ali declared, it will not be there. The canyon is closed, the caves are closed, the Dim tea river too. And not only we were deceived, but also the other 6 people who were with us in the jeep. And not so much a shame for the money and time spent, but very outraged by the situation when a man sits and blatantly lies in his eyes that if everything was closed, he would never have sent tourists on an excursion. Upon arrival, we contacted Ali to return the advance for the second excursion, because. wanted to save ourselves from another disappointment and deception, to which he replied that he had no right to return the deposit, and did not know at all that everything was closed and we would have a different program. ... Never come across honestly made eyes, go around this place by the tenth road, thereby saving your nerves and money.
