★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 ay once aldigim Karaca yemek takiminin desenleri 2 ayda soldu. Firmaya iletilmesini rica ettim.sistemde kayitlarim var. Ödemelerimde en ufak bir aksama yok. Buna ragmen faturasını bulamadigim icin yardimci olmuorlar. 1500 TL lik yemek takimi 3 ayda solmus olarak elimde kaldi. Hic destek alamadim. Yani satana kadar hersey cok guzel ama satış sonrasi hizmet sifir.
The patterns of the Karaca dinnerware that I bought 4 months ago faded in 2 months. I requested it to be forwarded to the company. I have records in the system. There is not the slightest hitch in my payments. Despite this, they did not help because I could not find the invoice. The 1500 TL dinner set faded in 3 months. I could not get any support. So everything is very nice until you sell it, but after-sales service is zero.
