I had a lot of trouble with this company. First of all, in December 2020, when I shopped, they said that they could bring the furniture products I bought to my house and assemble them without any problems, this is what should normally be, but they started to work by delaying the delivery date for a month. During delivery, one of the workers broke the light sensor in the building while moving the cabinet door. I was embarrassed to the residents, then the same workers broke the mirror of the mirror cabinet door during transport and mounted the cabinet like this. I did not accept this and documented that I received it as damaged. A month later, the same workers came to change the mirror again, and the workers showed a very sloppy and unprofessional behavior (they went into the oil without my permission, they behaved disrespectfully, the worker took off his clothes without asking for permission even though my wife was at home) left me in a difficult situation. The mirror was replaced, but the same night, the mirror fell to the ground and shattered, causing me to cut my hand. Although I conveyed this the next morning, there was no response to me. Even though I called periodically, no one responded or offered a solution to me. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Finally , I called the headquarters and expressed my desire for a solution and Mr. Ömer in the furniture unit said he was trying to solve the problem . I called every two weeks and reported the problem, so I had to wait three months. At the end of three months, they changed the mirror cover as a result of my intense efforts. I deeply regretted my purchase. I condemn this company for giving such bad service and stealing my time and energy.
