İnternet sitelerinden bir kitap sipariş ettim, siparişimde günlerce "Sipariş hazırlanıyor" yazdığı için iptal ettim. 14 Ekim de iptal ettiğim siparişimin iade ücreti 1 ay 1 hafta sonra anca geldi. Bu süre içerisinde defalarca aradım, hallediyoruz diyip durdular fakat bir şeyi halletmediler. Zorlamasam, arayıp durmasam gönderecekleri yoktu sanırım.. Bir ücret iadesi 1 ay sürmez. Kesinlikle daha alışveriş yapmam...
 I do not recommend. I ordered a book from their website and canceled it because it said "Order is being prepared" for days in my order. The refund fee of my order, which I canceled on October 14, came only after 1 month and 1 week. During this time, they repeatedly called, saying, `` We're doing it, '' but they didn't take care of anything. I guess they had nothing to send if I didn't force, call and keep calling .. A refund doesn't take 1 month. I definitely wouldn't shop yet ...

Universal Bookstore is a very nice place that serves a wide range of books and stationery that I have visited so far, and works with a focus on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend anyone who wants to go to go.

I ordered crayons online, it arrived the next day, I was depressed when I read the negative comments because it is a site that I have not heard of, but they did not disappoint me, my order arrived without any problems thanks to the fast shipping and the relevant staff... thank you very much, shopping with confidence a place to do❤️

We bought a book for my son today. I would like to thank the gentleman working downstairs for his interest and proper attitude. I would also like to thank the gentleman who works at the cash register. If you need a book, I recommend you buy it from these gentlemen. If you want to shop with a caring and polite behavior, choose Universal bookstore.
