Mağazadan ,teknik servisten,Samsung Türkiyeden hiç bir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar. Onaylatıp tek hat üstünden kullanmam gerekliymiş. Üstelik ürünümun garantisi , faturası vb. her şeyi var . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aklınız varsa yanından bile geçmeyin 13.09.2021 onaylı ürünüm Evkur sitesinde 3-4 iş günü içerisinde teslim edilebildiği yazdığı halde hala gelmedi. Sebebini sormak için gittiğimde 15 günde bir dağıtım yapıldığı söylendi çalışanların birbirlerinden bile haberi yok. Müşteri hizmetleri deseniz hak getire.
If you have a mind, don't even pass by it. My 13.09.2021 approved product has not arrived yet, although it is written on the Evkur site that it can be delivered within 3-4 working days. When I went to inquire about the reason, I was told that distribution is made every 15 days, and the employees do not even know about each other. Bring your customer service pattern right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alacağım cep telefonuna vadeyi 12 ay olarak hesaplattirdim ve başvuru yaptım ancak ilk taksidi ödemeye gittiğimde taksit miktarı düşük olunca 24 ay vade tanımlandığıni öğrendim . 12 aya dusurulmesini talep etsemde ürünü teslim aldığım için yardım i olunamayacagi soylendi. Böylece daha fazla vade farkı ödeyeceğiz . Genel merkezden de şubeden de bu konuda yardım alamadım. Kısa vadeli alacaklar sözleşmeyi imzalarken vadeye dikkat etmelerini oneriyorum
