The variety of products is very little, products that can be found even in the smallest party supply store are not available in this huge store. When a few questions ask too many questions, there are implied glances among the employees. There is a very uncomfortable environment inside. You are afraid to ask questions. Besides, prices are higher than other stores. As an operator, my suggestion to the store owner is to first train their employees, inspect them frequently, and make changes if necessary. If not, customer loss is inevitable.

You can find all the party birthday supplies but they are more expensive than elsewhere.

My first and last visit! His birthday was a disaster. The workers are sullen and ignorant. I wanted to talk to an authorized person, but of course the lady there said she is not here. There was no delivery and they did not give my money. Disgrace is knee-deep!!!

I brought the balloon back for 5-10 minutes and I wanted it changed: Cagla, the employee there, told me: we are not responsible for the balloons after we leave the store! It's that simple, so you have to wait at the store for half an hour to buy a balloon so you don't come out! We get balloons flying all the time, but I've never seen such disgraceful quality. The employee there and the manager of the rate Olga lady could solve this situation in 1 minute to give the new honey and wishing you sorry but theirs just said: not originated from us!

I shopped close to 1000 TL for the birthday party. They wanted 100 TL delivery money. But there was no such thing as delivery. I even took a taxi myself. I have never seen such rudeness in my life. Working women aged 20-25 hung up the phone on my mother, the 60-year-old woman. Besides, they lied. Since the delivery was not as we wanted, we asked them to fill the balloons in the taxi and send them to the hotel where we were staying. No working lady said that taxi drivers didn't drive like that, the car had to be a customer. This is a lie. The gentleman driving the taxi said that we would of course bring the balloons. They forced my mother, who was sick, to bring her to the shop in that heat. You didn't wait 40 minutes for us for delivery. That's a lie. You waited 5 minutes and left. If the delivery is delivered, the delivery does justice to its Name. Of course, they did not give back the delivery money. I would never recommend you to my relatives and friends in Germany and Turkey. Those who do not want to experience this disgrace like me should definitely shop elsewhere.
