We bought a living set, bedroom, kitchen table for our new house, and although we emphasized the delivery date when buying, the products arrived in pieces. There were separate problems in each shipment. After we got to our house, the delivery was completed 3 4 weeks later, but when they brought the damaged products, they took pictures of themselves. They created an instruction on 12.07.2021, and now, on 27.10.2021, the products still have not arrived.

They smile at you until you sell the items. They don't stand behind the products they sell. We bought all our belongings from there. Our seats have been hairy since the first day we bought them. Their ropes came out, even though we told them many times, they did not come, they finally came, but they did not solve anything. Even though we bought the most expensive of everything, we said that we will pay the last installment when the goods are fixed, the remaining debt of 1000 TL, they sent us a message saying 1400 TL, the lady who works there doesn't even know how to talk to the customer named dimple Emrah lamb
