Construction quality is one of the projects that differ in the region with its architectural and social characteristics. Since Ovakent is in a bit of a pit and because of Kartaltepe, I consider this area to be a more correct choice for living. Şu anda site görünümünden uzak ama etrafı çevrilip güvenlik konulursa ve bay bayan ayrı spor salonu, çocuk parkı ve kamelyalar yapılırsa çok güzel bi site dairesi olur.
Comfortable and spacious apartments with a living room size of 33 m2, 30 m2 kitchen, 165 m2 including 4 + 1 useful balconies, very useful and stylish designed and even with a sauna in the apartment.
