Nice salon, the employees are realy friendly and speek good english. I didn't had to wait and got my nails done right away. I recommend this salon. The prices are ok too☺

Best place for massage haircut and pedikyr

I have been in many beauty saloons around the world, but this one definetely did not succeed my expectations at all. First the customer service was terrible, from the reception until the time I was doing my beauty procedures...I felt as they are doing a favor at me, even though I was the one paying for that. Manicure and pedicure was done Ok. The waxing was not good...even after got home I realized I still had wax in my skin...no attention to details at all. They really need to improve the quality of customer service and some of their expertise. Wouldn't recommend the place!

Very impolite and unfriendly staff..owner very cold and impersonal..they treat you as if you were intruding on them..decent job of blow drying and nails but people with services like this should be very friendly and nice to customers so they can guarantee we come back! Went three times to give them a fair chance and none of those times have I gotten a welcome feeling!

One of the reasons I go to Mahmutlar, Turkey is to have a course of massages and a full Hammam experience at European Beauty Salon. The high professionalism, punctuality, and most importantly experience of the staff, makes every visit the most fantastic and pleasurable. I always do Turkish Bath package on the first day (book in advance!) as afterwards the tan just sticks to your skin and looks gorgeous. Besides, you will feel that you have never actually properly washed previously! I highly recommend visiting - it’s a Turkish experience that will leave your skin glowing, and which is performed within European standards.

This person or owner ignored my other questions about treatments I asked the 1st of June. I looked for a new beautysalon. As a new customer I never felt so unwelcome... I even asked when my pickup was I clearly saw him being online. I got ignored for 4 days and he really thinks I would go with the pick up? I didn't even know the correct time. I'll find another beauty salon. Because I need to feel welcome before I come in a new place. [EDIT] he told me he was closed as an excuse to not answer. The day before when they were open he did not take 1 minute to answer my questions. How do you even expect someone to go with the pick up service if the customer doesn't know WHEN you pick them up.
