You don't get your car with full fuel but almost in reserve, this means you get cheated, because even if you turn the car back with almost full tank you don't get any money back. He "promises" you a discount next time... other bad experience is that I wrote in message to order the car than you don't get any confirmation, you just hope someone will apear at the appointment. They don't have a checklist of the scarves or the damages of the car, you may also be cheated if you don't take care of that... in other words they are very unserious, I'm very disappointed.
