Today we took a car. We drove to the miragе hotel at the appointed time. The car is new and clean. When returning the car, it turned out that there was less fuel left than when leaving, but the owner waved his hand. I recommend to everyone.

Rent a car with an empty tank. They do it on purpose to get a benefit on fuel (it is difficult to calculate mileage and it’s not very pleasant to ride a burning lamp). When asked to return the money for extra fuel staged a scandal. I do not recommend.

The staff does not even speak English well. There are no printouts with prices for cars. Worst of all, the reservation made on the site for a week and a half turned out to be inactive at the right time. We took another car. And they tried to sell at first a more expensive car and without insurance.

We arrived at this office and received a typewriter. And they gave a car of a higher class, but also a mechanic. Instead of Renault Clio, they gave a brand new Duster. Not a single scratch, I love these cars, it's easier to take and hand over. The tank was almost full, without one division. They returned it the same way. We agreed that we would not come to the office and rent it, for $ 6 the manager himself came to my hotel and took me away. Phoned via WhatsApp. Everything is very friendly, I was waiting for a trick, even withdrew all the money from the card, but everything is fair. I think you can not bother with brokers and take a car directly, just come and they will customize your option. It seems to me that it will even be cheaper and will not have to pay extra for full insurance and the second driver.

Very nice staff. The car had some damage from the outside, but not safety-relevant and we were informed about it immediately. Otherwise the car was very clean and well maintained. I would like to particularly emphasize the honesty and sense of duty of the employees. Our mother-in-law forgot her notepad with many addresses in the car on our trip to Antalya. In the meantime she has been desperately looking for it and we had no idea where it went. Europcar found it a few days later and somehow found out that it belongs to us and handed it in at our hotel reception. At that time we were already at home, but it found its way back to us in Germany !!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! ???
