Decepción absoluta y pérdida de muy buen cliente a nivel mundial. Deplorable la no atención, el mal hacer y la poca educación por parte de los responsables de una multinacional en un aeropuerto. Dejándonos sin vehículo, contratado desde España, y por tanto sin nuestro viaje. Como consejo, cambien el personal y la actitud o me temo que tendrán que cerrar esta oficina, aunque si la actitud es la sufrida a nivel mundial me temo que la empresa desaparecerá.
Absolute disappointment and loss of a very good customer worldwide. Una verdadera vergüenza. No se cómo esta empresa de reconocimiento mundial deja en sus manos a este tipo de individuo gestionar su marca en un aeropuerto. Gracias por extropearnos el viaje, teniendo el alquiler pagado desde España y no buscar ninguna solución para poder pagar el mísero depósito. Ninguna de nuestras tarjetas físicas las aceptaba, ni las NFC ni tan siquiera que nuestra agencia lo pagase por nosotros. En definitiva nos dejo sin coche y solo se preocupaba de mirar y jugar con su móvil. Gracias a una empresa de su competencia, empresa internacional, pudimos continuar nuestro viaje. Misteriosamente sin ningún problema y con los mismos medios de pago. No le ponemos -10 estrellas por que no nos dejan. UNA VERDADERA TOMADURA DE PELO.

Uzak durun derim. Aracı geri verirken Cavit bey alenen keyfi uygulama yapıyor. Aracı alırken bana verilmeyen ve gösterilmeyen sözde kompresörün hesabını bir kabadayı edasıyla soruyor. Ben bu kompresörü almışım ver geri vermemişim. Bunun benden tahsil edileceğini söylüyor. Ben aracı hasarsız ve dolu depo ile nasıl teslim aldiysam öyle geri verdim. Ben 15 yıldır hem Türkiye'de hem Avrupa'nın cesitli yerlerinde araç kiraladım ama böyle şube görmedim. Kimse derdimi dinlemiyor kimse çözüm üretmiyor. Uzak durun. Esenboğa şubesinin neden böyle yorumlar aldığını şimdi daha iyi anladım. Europcar'a en hafif tabirle yakışmadı.

Now I understand better why the Esenboğa branch received such comments. It did not suit Europcar to say the least.

Una experiencia nefasta. Llevábamos el coche pagado desde España para 15 dias , solo teníamos que pagar el depósito pero sorprendentemente no le valía ninguna de las tarjetas físicas, tampoco pago en efectivo,ni pago por NFC, ni cambiar el seguro de franquicia por un seguro completo pagado por la misma agencia en España. No dio ninguna opción, además de ser antipático. Podía habernos estropeado las vacaciones, afortunadamente conseguimos otro coche con otra empresa donde todas las tarjetas eran válidas sin ningún problema . No repetiré ni allí ni en ninguna otra parte del mundo.
A dire experience. We had the car paid for from Spain for 15 days, we only had to pay the deposit but surprisingly none of the physical cards were worth it, neither did I pay in cash, nor do I pay by NFC, nor change the franchise insurance for a full insurance paid by the same agency in Spain. He didn't give any option, aside from being unfriendly. It could have spoiled our vacation, luckily we got another car with another company where all the cards were valid without any problem. I will not repeat neither there nor in any other part of the world.

Sevimsiz bir eleman konulmuş keyfi kararlar veriyor. Eşimin kredi kartıyla depozit kabul etmeyip ödemesini daha önce yapmış olduğum aracı vermedi. Gecenin bir vaktinde parasını ödediğim aracı alamadım. Europcar kesinlikle tavsiye edilmez.
He makes arbitrary decisions with a cheesy element. My wife did not accept a deposit with her credit card and did not give the vehicle that I had paid for before. In the middle of the night, I couldn't get the car I paid for. Europcar is definitely not recommended.

Yurtdisinda yasiyorum ve yillardir cesitli firmalardan Arac kiraliyorum, bu firma deneyimledigim en kotu firma. Ucagimiz indikten 2 saat Sonra havalimanindan cikabildik. Zaten ofislerinde kimse yoktu yaklasik 30 dk bekledik. Sonrasinda evraklar tamamlandiginda imzadan once 4000 km sinirini belirten bir kase yapiyorlar. Fakat ne kiralarken nede alim sirasinda boyle bir ibare yok. Tabiki bana gelen rezervasyon onayinda da boyle bir ibare yok. Ordaki calisana butun evraklarimi gosterdim bana hak verdi. Sonra kendi bir musteri gibi kendi internet sitelerine girip rezarvasyon yapmaya calistiginda oda km siniri ile bir uyari almadi ve bize hak verdi. Sonra Istanbul merkezi aradi ama tabiki bizi dinlemedi. Dinlemedikleri gibi alaycı ve ukala bir konusma ile bizi geçiştirler. Mahalle arası bir oto kiralamacisi bile sizden daha profesyonel.
I live abroad and have worked with various companies for years. I rent a car, this company is the worst company I have experienced. We were able to leave the airport 2 hours after our flight landed. There was no one in their office anyway, we waited for about 30 minutes. Then, when the documents are completed, they make a bowl that indicates the 4000 km limit before signing. However, there is no such statement when renting or purchasing. Of course, there is no such statement on the reservation confirmation I received. I showed all my documents to the employee there and he agreed with me. Then, when he tried to make a reservation by entering their own website like a customer, he did not receive a warning about the room mile limit and gave us the right. Then Istanbul center called, but of course they didn't listen to us. As they do not listen, they pass us by with a sarcastic and arrogant speech. Even a neighborhood car rental is more professional than you.

Communication with the employees in English is an absolute nightmare! First car I get had an defective Turbo and was in a quite bad shape (none of the damages have been noted before in the document), tried couple of times to explain the situation to the responsible service guy: he didn't understand quite well. Afterwards, one Turkish colleague explained the situation. He understood, but to change the car it needed 3 more attempts. The next car smelled a little like a restaurant and had couple of optical damages. Unfortunately also a defective 12V “Car socket” – no chance to charge the telephone meanwhile navigation. Another thing was the front parking sensor system. The whole feature was disabled via software, switched back on, the internal car system came up with an error message. Now, after a couple of emails, I still didn’t receive my current invoice. To sum up – I could not recommend EUROPCAR at Ankara Airport.
