★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Auto war neuwertig, sauber und verlässlich. Das Personal arbeitet aber unprofessionell. Mehrmals bei Europcar gemietet, noch nie so einen Standort wie in Samsun erlebt. Hab das Auto mit leerem Tank bekommen und musste mitten in der Nacht eine Tankstelle suchen. Mitarbeiter stört mich am letzten Tag gegen Mitternacht am Telefon im Schlaf und will wissen, wie ich das Auto abgeben möchte
 The car was like new, clean and reliable. The staff works unprofessionally. Rented several times from Europcar, never seen a location like that in Samsun. Got the car with an empty tank and had to look for a gas station in the middle of the night. On the last day around midnight on the phone, the employee disturbs me in my sleep and wants to know how I want to hand in the car
