Erzurum'a geldiğimde aracımı bu firmadan kiralıyorum. Uçak saati geç olsa da beni havalimanında karşılıyorlar. Araçlar yeni, temiz ve bakımlı. Gayet memnunum
Car rental business in Erzurum is very difficult. Most companies do not provide automatic vehicles, most do not make one-day rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car wasn't ready despite reservation made a week in advance, employees came up with illogical excuses and refused to take responsibility and delayed our trip by 1.5 hours. Car was a step down from the one rented, wasn't topped off with gas (how do you return a car with exactly the random amount in the tank? I ended up returning car with more gas than provided, so I guess you're welcome), had a tire with a slow leak the entire time we had the car, had squealing brakes that needed to be replaced, and didn't have a drop of windshield wiper fluid. Not a professional operation.
