★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe über den ADAC hier für 13 Tage ein Auto gemietet. Die Abwicklung war problemlos. Mir wurden keine zusätzlichen Versicherungen oder sonstiges angedreht. Laut ADAC sollte ich etwas über 350€ Kaution hinterlegen. Es waren am Ende aber nur 200€. Jederzeit wieder.
 Rented a car here for 13 days through the ADAC. The process was easy. No additional insurance or anything else was offered to me. According to ADAC, I should leave a deposit of a little more than € 350. In the end it was only € 200. Any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İch war überrascht wie fair die Jungs vor Ort waren. Da wir bei der Abholung nicht so auf die Schäden geachtet hatten und tatsächlich mehr Schäden am Fahrzeug waren als bei der ersten Begutachtung aufgeschrieben wurde, hätte man uns bei der Rückgabe voll über den Tisch ziehen können. Die haben aber alle Vorschäden nochmal am Computer nachgeschaut und gesehen das alles schon vorher da war. Wir haben schon ganz andere Dinge bei Autovermietung erlebt. Vor allem wenn man die Vollkasko nicht über die Vermietung macht. Danke
I was surprised how fair the guys on site were. Since we did not pay so much attention to the damage when it was picked up and there was actually more damage to the vehicle than was written down during the first inspection, we could have been ripped off when we returned it. But they checked all previous damage again on the computer and saw that everything was there before. We have seen completely different things with car rental. Especially if you do not make the fully comprehensive insurance through the rental. thanks

Betrug! Fraud!
Man wird gezwungen eine zusätzliche Versicherung abzuschließen, sonst erhält man kein Fahrzeug. Mit der Lüge ihre Kreditkarte funktioniert sonst nicht. Nach der Zustimmung funktioniert komischerweise alles bestens.
Sehr aggressive und nicht hilfreiche Mitarbeiter.
Europcar Zentrale wurde verständigt. Die vielen Fälle werden aktuell untersucht. Die Rezessionen sprechen für sich.
Ein Schreiben für die Hauptversammlung der
Aktionärsversammlung sowie an den Verbraucherschutz wurden auch verschickt.

Very aggressive and unhelpful staff.
Europcar headquarters was notified. The many cases are currently being investigated. The recessions speak for themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiralama sureci vs cok hizliydi, ayni sekilde teslimat da oyle (arac sifir di) sadece provizyon olarak cekilen tutar 10+ gun olmasina ragmen iade edilmedi. Konuyu crm adli email adresinden iletisim formundan iletmemize ragmen iptal edilmedi ve bir donus dahi yapilmadi

The rental process etc. was very fast, likewise the delivery (vehicle was brand new), only the amount taken as a provision was not refunded even though it was 10+ days. Although we forwarded the issue from the contact form to the email address called crm, it was not canceled and not even a return was made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Все понравилось. Быстрая выдача, машина - Renault Clio с автоматом, как и бронировалось. Машина свежая, всего 5000 км пробега, чистая. Простой возврат, удобное местоположение. Стойка находится в терминале внутренних рейсов. Залог в 1000 лир вернули через 2 недели. Спасибо!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Europcar Izmir Airport refused to give me a car that I have reserved and pre paid saying that my Gold Master Card is a debit and not a credit card even if my card allow pre-authorization. I didn’t get any alternative and it was 4am in the night. I let you imagine starting your holidays on those conditions…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am completely satisfied with the service of this Eurocar branch. The formalities took about 5 minutes. The car (mileage 7500 km, excellent condition) was in the parking lot 150 meters from the office (the office is located 20 meters from the exit from the domestic terminal, 8 minutes walk from baggage claim in the International terminal). Definitely, I will use the services of this company in Izmir next time.
