★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht geregeld, slecht bereikbaar en doen alsof er niets aan de hand is. Ik stond daar 2,5u voor een gesloten deur te wachten zodat ik de auto terug kon leveren. Komt die na 2,5u aanlopen en zeggen ze heel gemakkelijk "we wisten het niet"....
 Poorly organized, poorly accessible and pretending nothing is wrong. I stood there for 2.5 hours in front of a closed door so that I could return the car. Who comes after 2.5 hours and they say very easily "we didn't know"....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience that we have ever had around the world because we lost 191 as they declared problem with the credit card that didn’t exist regarding of our bank. Take care of this office, very rude and not available for real help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent rental with Europcar Bodrum. They are very efficient, the car was pristine, they are flexible for returns and are communicating very well. They are not more expensive than local rental companies, but you really benefit from the quality of service of an international car rental company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only car rent service in the city where you can book a car and pay for it online. Other services like Avis and Budget showed errors.
Moreover, Europcar Support Service is awesome. At 9 pm they replied to our request, helped to complete booking and confirmed when and where we could get our car.
Thank you so much for such a good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this rent service. At the end of April '21 we booked here vehicle and this is the only service where whe could complete the reservation and pay online. Other services like Budget or Avis couldn't complete the reservation because of site error. Support service and manager are very friendly and gave us lot of useful information. The vehicle in perfect conditions.
