★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Вместо того, чтобы заморозить депозит просто снимают деньги. Обещают вернуть, по факту деньги остаются у них,ничего не возвращают. Воры!
 Instead of freezing the deposit, they simply withdraw money. They promise to return, in fact the money remains with them, nothing is returned. The thieves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Leute. Sehr NETT und Hilfsbereit. Die haben mir sogar besseres Fahrzeug gegeben. Automatik und Diesel. Ich würde jeden empfehlen. Zahlt lieber einpaar € mehr, aber dafür keine Kopfschmerzen und Abzocke. Jederzeit wieder.
Great people. Very NICE and helpful. They gave me even better vehicle. Automatic and diesel. I would recommend everyone. Pay rather a few € more, but no headache and rip-off. Any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İki yıldır ne zaman kiralık araca ihtiyacım olsa, ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı oldular. Gideceğim yer, kullanım sıklığım, mesafe vb. hususları dikkate alarak, benim için en uygun olabilecek dizel veya benzinli aracı verebilmek için güler yüzle uğraştılar.
Buradan memnun olduğumdan, arabaya ihtiyacım olduğunda, başka bir yerden fiyat bile almaya gerek duymuyorum
Whenever I needed a rental car for two years, they helped as much as they could. My destination, frequency of use, distance, etc. Considering the issues, they tried with a smiling face to give the diesel or gasoline vehicle that would be the most suitable for me.
Since I am happy with this, when I need a car, I do not even need to buy a price elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Искали аренду машины на 1 сутки, в основном в Фетхие предложения были по аренде от 2х суток и достаточно высокий ценник. В Europcar нам дали машину на 1 сутки, лимит 250 км в сутки, экстра до 450 км + 100 тл. Взяли расширенную страховку за 80тл. Депозит был 700тл, обещали вернуть через пару-тройку дней после того как все возможные штрафы появятся. Депозит вернулся спустя 20 дней. Сервисом остались довольны.
We were looking for a car rental for 1 day, mainly in Fethiye, offers were for rent from 2 days and a fairly high price tag. At Europcar we were given a car for 1 day, the limit is 250 km per day, extra up to 450 km + 100 tl. We took extended insurance for 80tl. The deposit was 700tl, they promised to return it in a couple of days after all possible fines appeared. The deposit was returned after 20 days. We were satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June 14, we, a couple from Ukraine, rented a car (red Renault Clio) from you, paid a deposit from a bank card of 1000 liras, we were promised to return the funds within 10 days, but the money has not yet been received. We are still waiting for our funds, for us it is a lot of money
UPD: I am completing my comment after two months. A deposit of 1000 lira (100 euros) was never returned to us. The manager constantly had some excuses, problems with their bank, he assured that they would settle everything, but the problem has not yet been solved, I have not received my money. I think they have done this to many already, I advise you to beware of this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this particuar branch of Europcar on more than one occasion when travelling to Turkey . Hakan and his team are always friendly , professional and the prices are as good as I can find . I rented a car at the beginning of Setember 2021 and kept it for 6 weeks , it was only a text to Hakan to extend the rental and no hassle . I will continue to use them on my next visit to Turkey , all the staff at Europcar are very kind and I would recommend them 100 %
