Cihaz tesliminden 10 dakika sonra cihazın 840TL bedelle faturalandırıldığını ve taksite bölündüğünü içeren bir bilgi mesajı geldi. Hemen müşteri hizmetlerini arayıp iptal ettirdim, Turkcell superonline'a ve Tüketici hakları mahkemesine şikayette bulundum. Buradan işlem yaparken birkaç defa düşünün, söylediklerine kesinlikle kulak asmayın.
 They called me from here and said that I did not receive the free tv ready device and that they would send it, and it came... 10 minutes after the delivery of the device, an information message was received stating that the device was billed for 840 TL and it was divided into installments. I immediately called customer service and made a complaint to Turkcell superonline and consumer rights court. Think a few times when trading from here, never listen to what they say.

A female staff member called me and said that she informed me, but without my consent, she made a package change about me. I have complained about Kwndi. I was working with Turkcell from about 10 different channels. All my trust was broken because of this woman. It's such a shame...
