The hotel and its staff are really good. The employees are very caring, the food is like home cooking, each one is delicious. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. I would like to thank Mustafa Bey (from Van) who was extra interested in us. In short, the most ideal hotel for this price.

We went in the second week of September 2020, it was a complete fiasco. Room cleaning is very bad. the dishes are not washed well, which is the most important thing at this time, but unfortunately it was not nice. the staff seem to be under-forced. There is a small rocky area with a room that can be entered, everyone is nested there.
