Gittiğimde oda bile hazır deyildi, öğleden sonra gitmeme rağmen.Başka bir turiz firmasından daha önceki tatillerimde otele yetkili gelip herşeyimle ilgilendi.Deniz manzaralı rezervasyon yaptırmamama rağmen deniz manzaralı yer tahsis ettiroiler.
I wanted a room with sea view, I paid the difference, when I went to the hotel, although they had sea view rooms, they gave a sea-side room because it was not in their concept, I called ets, someone who said that he was an authorized person returned to me and said the same things with the hotel staff. Even the room was not ready when I went, although I went in the afternoon. In my previous holidays from another tourism company, the hotel was authorized to come and took care of everything.

Although I always buy my holiday packages from ets, on my last holiday they did not go down from 2115 TL to 5 krş, and they gave the same price from the internet, because the hotel promised to my child, I had to buy it, I was very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ETS tur ile şimdiye kadar hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Geçmiş senelerde sağlık nedenlerinden ötürü 1 gün erken bitirdigimiz tatilimiz için iade bile yapılmıştı. Guvenilir bir firma. Tavsiye ediyorum.
I have never had a problem with ETS tour so far. Even a refund was made for our holiday, which we finished 1 day early due to health reasons in the past years. A reliable company. I would recommend.
