My friend and I ordered from Etna Pizzeria Kentpark via GetirYemek. 25-35 minutes was written for the order time, but when it did not arrive within this time, we had to call the pizzeria after 55 minutes. Etna Pizzeria said that the order was canceled because it was below the minimum order amount, but it did not enter the GetirYemek system. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. You cannot automatically create an order if it is already below the minimum amount. While the order minimum amount is 30 TL in the system, our order amount is 38, which is above the minimum. It was annoying that they made excuses for things that weren't true while waiting for them to make up for their mistakes.

I should have discovered this place earlier. We have been looking for an Italian non-alcoholic pizzeria in Ankara for a long time and unfortunately, what we found did not satisfy my Italian longing. This place is really successful. Their pizzas are delicious and definitely very close to the flavors in Italy. We were only able to try 4 cheese tortellini from the pastas, which was great.
