Anka sitesinden daire aldim, heryer dokuntu, iskan marta çikacak dediler, YOK, Belediye onay vermemis, çunku hep eksik var hemde kalitesiz ve eski sistem kullanmislar,ALIN BUNU OKUYUN SONUNA KADAR: Sayın Anka Evleri Sitesi Kat Malik ve Sakinleri;
Anka Evleri Sitesi Yöneticiliğinden 25.07.2019 tarihinde istifa etmiş bulunmaktayız. Gerekçemiz: Etki İnşaat'ın çalışma şeklinin, bizim şirket prensiplerimize tamamen zıt olmasıdır. Ramazan Bayramı öncesi "İskân alındı, site sakinlerine duyuru yapın" denildi, bu söze istinaden sizlere duyuru yaptık fakat sonrasında belediyeden yapının eksiklerinin olması sebebiyle iskân alamadığını öğrendik. Binaya gelen elektrik-su faturaları iskan alınıncaya kadar tarafımızca ödenecek denildi ama Etki İnşaat'a gelen elektrik-su faturaları site sakinlerine adaletsizce paylaştırılmaya başlanıldı. Durumdan haklı olarak rahatsız olan site sakinleri tepki olsun diye Etki İnşaat aleyhinde imza toplamaya başladılar diye, o site sakinimizden biri ev sahibine şikayet edildi ve hatta "Evinden attırırız" diye gözü korkutuldu. Bizlerden sitede olup biteni anında bize ulaştırın diye talepte bulunuldu. Bizim orada bulunma amacımız birilerine yalakalık ve ajanlık yapmak değil, sizlere hizmet vermekti. Sitenin imkanları dahilinde elimizden geleni yapmaya çalıştık ama Etki İnşaat tarafından eksikliklerin giderilmemesinden dolayı bu hizmetler maalesef yetersiz kaldı. Isı pay ölçer cihazlarının eski model ve çoğunun arızalı olması, kalorifer kazanına bağlı su pompalarının küçük olmasından kaynaklı üst katlara yeterli ısıyı ulaştıramaması, bahçe kapılarının çipli sistem olacağı söylendiği halde binaya giren çıkanın belli olmaması, bahçe duvar tellerinin ve aydınlatmanın projede olmasına rağmen yapılmaması, otoparkın tesisattan kaynaklı su alması sitenin inşaat firması tarafından acil giderilmesi gereken eksikler olduğu halde yapılacak işler arasında yer almaması en büyük problemdir. Yasal olarak bir inşaat firması projeyi teslim ettikten sonra o projeden 5 yıldır sorumludur ve yapısal sorunlarla ilgilenmek zorundadır. Biz bunları dile getirdiğimiz için firma tarafından istenmeyen kişiler olmaya başladık ve içeriden kendilerine yakın 3 kişiyi yönetici olarak siteye tayin etmeye hazırlanıyorlardı. Biz de bu durumu öğrenir öğrenmez site yöneticiliğinden istifa etme kararı almış bulunmaktayız. Etki İnşaat'ın direktifi ile yönetime gelen kişilere hayırlı olsun diyor, siz site sakinlerimize her şey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Sizlere hizmet vermekten mutluluk ve onur duyduğumuzu bilmenizi ister, saygılarımızı sunarız...

We have resigned from Anka Evleri Sitesi Site on 25.07.2019. Our motive: The way in which impact construction works is completely opposite to our corporate principles. As soon as we have learned this situation, we have decided to resign from the site management.
