B	BÜNYAN 38 HABER S.Burhanettin AKBAŞ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güpgüpoğlu Konağı Fatih Sultan Mehmet'in 1468'de buraları Osmanlı eyaleti haline getirmeden önce hüküm süren Zülkadiroğulları Devleti ve o dönemlerde Mısır'da saltanat süren Memlüklerin etkisi var. Konağın gerek pencere kenarlarında kullanılan sütunlarında, ayrıca kapı üzerindeki siyah-beyaz taşlarla örülen kemerlerde bir Arap havası seziliyor. Kesme taşlar Bursa yöremizdeki eserleri andırıyor. Bursalı taş ustaları yapmış burayı. Bahçedeki yuvarlak havuzda halen su bulunuyor. Bugün bu konak Etnografya Müzesi olarak hizmette. Mahkeme sicillerindeki kayıtlarla,vakfiyesinde yazılı bilgilerden bu zatın Bursalı olduğu yazılmaktadır.Buradan da Bursalı ustaların Kayseri'de çalıştıklarını anlıyoruz. Evin yapılış tarihi: 1419-1497 yılları arasıdır. The construction date of the house is between 1419-1497.

Kesinlikle yolu Kayseri'ye düşenlerin gitmesi gereken bir müze. It has been turned into a museum from an incredibly magnificent mansion. We liked it to be opened to visitors while preserving its historical texture. We examined most parts of the mansion with our mouths open. It is a museum that should definitely be visited by those who come to Kayseri.

Entrance fee is 12.5 TL with museum card discounted 30 TL, full card price is 60 TL for teachers and under 18 free of charge. Artifacts from the Seljuk and Ottoman periods and Kayseri culture are exhibited in it. If it falls, I recommend you go.
N	Natalie Sayin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrance is free and the museum does give a good insight into life in the past. Only takes 20 minutes to explore, although not the best Ethnography museum that i have been to.
