Ethçi Steak House Kuşadası

This is a proper, professional restaurant. Staff are well trained, they know their stuff and advise well. The steak is fabulous, the wine selection and quality is really good by Turkish standards. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Waited 90 minutes to get served and finally got up and left. We got 2 small mezzes while waiting and they were good. Didn't get a chance to sample anything else. Great view of Kusadasi from the top.

They didn't had steaks on stock, so we had to choose something different which was okay however the carpaccio was like a pile of salad with slices of meat and big chunks of cheese thrown on top. Totally not like the picture which was in the menu. The service was good enough though.

Reserved for 4, got the table service for 3. Asked for hamburger, breads were probably 2-3 days old. Ordered steak burger, received a huge burger with tiny meat and missed some parts as well. When confronted, they said there was a printing mistake. Overpriced and not delicious at all. And you have to give your car to the vale!! First time experience but definitely the last time! Don't waste your money here!

Booked using the "Reserve a table" feature on TripAdvisor app as we had heard it could get busy. Liver for starters - insanely good. They chill the fresh liver down then cut into tiny thin slices. None of that "bloody" flavour that comes with cheap liver dishes. We chose from the "dry aged" steak selection, as it was only slightly more expensive - and they have the meat hanging in chillers at the back of the restaurant and we could see how amazing the marbling looked. We shared a sirloin and a lokum - both delicious big you like your meat VERY rare, then I'd suggest highlighting this as my rare came as I'd expect a medium to. But it was still amazing. Wines were delicious. We had a Turkish Shiraz and it was about 130 TL. All in all, dinner came to £45 for 2 starters, 2 steak mains, 2 G&T and 1 bottle of wine. Will be back.

Great atmosphere and service. Medium priced but yhe steaks were excelent and very nicely presented

The staff are so friendly and the steaks are incredible. I had the Diana steak, medium, and it was perfectly medium. The sauce was wonderful. The green salad was so fresh, we got a second one. And the li er as a starter was out of this world, so thin and melt in your mouth, we ordered a second one as well. Bravo to the waiters and chefs, a wonderful evening.
